Initiate Your Request

Prepare the Shipment
Carefully repackage your product in its original crate or box, ensuring all components, manuals, and hardware are included to prevent damage during transit.
Affix Shipping Labels
Once your return is authorized, print the provided shipping labels and securely attach them to the outside of the package, ensuring any old labels are removed.
Inspection and Refund
After our warehouse receives and inspects the item to verify its condition, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
