What is the standard shipping timeframe for large appliances?
Most in-stock ZLINE appliances, including ranges and range hoods, ship within 2-4 business days. Delivery via LTL freight typically takes 7-10 business days depending on your location.
Do ZLINE products come with a manufacturer warranty?
Yes, ZLINE products include a manufacturer's warranty. Range hoods feature a lifetime motor warranty, while ranges and other kitchen appliances typically carry a 1-year parts and service warranty.
What is your return policy for kitchen and bath fixtures?
We accept returns on unused, uninstalled items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Please note that return shipping costs and restocking fees may apply to large appliance returns.
Are ZLINE ranges compatible with both Natural Gas and Propane?
Most ZLINE ranges come set for Natural Gas but include a Liquid Propane conversion kit. We recommend that a licensed professional performs the conversion during installation.
How can I track my freight delivery?
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number and the carrier's contact information. For large items, the freight carrier will call you to schedule a specific delivery window.
Do you offer professional installation services?
While we do not provide direct installation, we recommend hiring a certified professional for all gas and electrical connections to ensure your warranty remains valid and the product operates safely.
